As an Arizona native, I’ve been lucky to have the most amazing natural settings for photo shoots right at my fingertips. From desert vistas, wooded riparian preserves, historic buildings, the Phoenix-Metro area offers a big variety of interesting backdrops for my sessions. My passion for photography began my freshman year at Northern Arizona University. I picked up my first camera and never looked back! After graduating with degrees in Photography and Journalism, I began my journey as a portrait shooter, then moved up to a full-time staff photographer for the State of Arizona, and finally a staff photographer at the PetSmart headquarters in Phoenix.

Now I’m lucky to be able to focus solely on my passion. As a freelance photographer, I enjoy capturing everyday moments families share with one another (including my own.) My approach is photo-journalistic; documenting life as it unfolds.
